Arrange appointments and meetings (including catering, venues, participants) as required?Provide instructions on course choosing, enrollment and time schedule for students. ?Closely work with faculties, issue and evaluate the questionnaire and collecting the feedback. ?Report the evaluation results to management department timely. ?Prepare course materials (equipments, reference books, handouts and manuals) and update course information as needed. ?Report the attendance and daily management to school’s executives with MS office application frequently. ?Manage all central office administration such as printing, fax, mailing, tickets, ralph lauren polotelephone, cable, audio-visual, office layout, plants, canteen, and stationery supplies. ?Oversee daily operations of office administrative procedure and help develop facility administrative policies.
